We accept money order, cashier cheques and personal cheques.
Shipment fees will be added after your boots are completed and sent to you.
Due to the fact that every order is custom made, fees are non-refundable.

Is there a catalogue or some literature?

Since each boot we design and make is unique and custom made to each client's needs we don't overproduce, therefore we don't hold inventory to maintain a catalogue of our boots. We will post as many pictures as possible.

Do you do any subcontracting?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Canada, but not to any other country.

Do you repair footwear?

Yes, we offer a full-service repair shop.

What is the process in getting custom boot made?

We arrange to take measurements of your feet. You come to our shop and we set up an appointment. With the measurement specifications we can start making the boot. We work with you to decide on the type and style of leather skin, heel, toe, etc.

I don't live in Toronto Canada, how would I go about placing an order with you?

We have clients all over the world, so location is not a problem, as long as we receive the necessary measurements we can make it.

What is the price range on your boots?

We have made boots ranging from $250 to $1800. Price varies tremendously from one foot and shoe to the next. It depends on specific design, style, type and quality leather skin, etc.

How much will my shipping charges be?

We ship via UPS Ground. A handling charge is added to your order. If you need your shipment more quickly, or using another courier please let us know.

Our turnaround time is one of the fastest in North America; most boots are made within 30 days plus the shipping time.
